How it works
- Load the stock .hpt from the truck (correct VIN + SKIM).
- Load the donor .hpt (ECM / tune that should receive that identity).
- HPT is decoded to flash, VIN+SKIM are written, then the donor casing is rebuilt — same as Bulk to Bin.
- Click Write ECM swap — downloads
*_ecmswap.hpt. A .bin donor still writes*_ecmswap.bin.
