Nano Torque Diesel sells custom diesel tuning files, related digital services, and limited hardware.
Digital tunes & calibration files
Custom tunes and calibration files are digital goods. Sales are final once delivery has begun (email, download link, ezlynk cloud upload, or file transfer).
- If we have not started work, contact us within 24 hours to request cancellation.
- If a delivered file is defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days for repair/replace at no charge.
- No refunds for change-of-mind, wrong vehicle selected, or files already flashed.
ezlynk Binary Auto Upload Service
Once package instructions / template delivery is sent, the order is considered started. Unused credits are generally non-refundable; we will make it right if the failure is on our side.
Hardware & rentals
- Purchased hardware: Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Opened/used devices only for warranty if defective.
- Rentals: Rental fees are non-refundable after the window starts. Deposits return when the device comes back in good condition.
